Delightful from start to finish. I gave this enchanting break to my partner for her birthday. We were both charmed by this enchanting place, tastefully renovated. Very nice house, well suited for our group of 6. Easy to access from Rennes train station. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, very cozy living room for a small movie night. Perfect!

We had a great time at Patrick's place, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a great point, the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is also plenty of tidying up in the space which is a significant plus! Everything is like the photos and the amenities shown in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great for spending some time outside enjoying (football, children's swing...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Another big thank you to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house:), the explanations were clear and accurate. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I would recommend it without second thought:).
