Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we would highly recommend it!

Cottage matches the listing in every way. Very nicely decorated, you feel at home. Sylvie is very responsive and the person who welcomed us as well. The house is located in the center of the island, it is easy to travel to discover different sectors (car or bike) Bike rentals at Beach bikes are not far away and great! Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowery terrace without anyone opposite you is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

Accommodation clean and true to description. Sebastien responds quickly and kindly to our last minute reservation, which is very nice. Small downside on extras (linen) which is in our opinion expensive and makes the overall rental price too expensive for this small accommodation.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city center and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small inner courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible on departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is in a very good location on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast.
