A few steps from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And what if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

The farmhouse apartment "L'orange du Vignaud" is a place conducive to disconnection. It is located in the extension of the farmhouse which is one of the oldest in the village; former customs house then post-war ball house, as soon as you arrive in this place, you will be able to feel the peace that is there. You will have access to all food amenities by bike via the Vélodyssée or by car in 5 minutes and you will also discover the diversity of the surrounding heritage.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The fisherman's house

Ideal house for the holidays. Close to the center of Château d'Oléron (10 min walk) typical small classified town, very lively in summer, close to bike paths, close to beach (10 min walk). Shaded garden, not overlooked. Perfect for a relaxing vacation with kids or friends. For winter, there is a pellet stove and electric heaters. The typical Château d'Oléron market is open year-round. The house is pleasant in winter too.
