The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located close to shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also convenient and the ideal courtyard for storing bikes and for outdoor dining. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciable! Thanks to Nicolas for his kind intentions and responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the comforts you need and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike trails, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will return to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We were with four adults and two children for a week in Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The children played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or outside on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is nice, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the baker, you have to take this route. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as to La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

What a great stay. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. Everything at walking distance. Enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. A lovely swimming pool and the playground and beach across the street. Restaurants nearby. In short, a lovely place. Frédéric is a very friendly host and responds quickly to questions.

Excellent stay, I was looking for peace and quiet and that's what I got. Morgane is very responsive and this was appreciable as well as her flexibility in the context of my arrival.

The welcome and comfort were what I expected. With my dog, I was able to take long walks and go to the café in the square and the artists' cabins on foot via the campsite shortcut. I hope to be able to come back longer. The garden was perfect with my dog.

Nathalie’s daughter was there to greet us and show us the house. Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this amazing house, which is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had fun exploring the island and riding bikes. We highly recommend this villa!
