The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Rest and relax in this recent house, in the middle of the sober countryside, for 3 people maximum in 2 bedrooms, just 3.5 km from the village of Doyet and its small shops and 12 km from access to the A71 highway. Everything necessary is included (sheets, towels, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer...) and the house has the food necessities to start the stay (salt, pepper, oil, pasta...) In the summer, 3 bicycles can be made available (€40/stay) + deposit
