Plus a wonderful stay at Jerome's place. Upon my arrival, he allowed me to leave my suitcase and so I was able to have lunch in peace and enjoy the city until check-in time. Customer service is a 10, Jerome was attentive and surprisingly quickly resolved the problem I had during my stay. He is very friendly, very polite and an excellent professional! Great stay, the place is spotless and the host is responsive. Everything looks like the photos, no worries about it. The only downside we found was the sound of jaccuzi water during the night. I didn't figure out how to turn it off, but frankly it's minimal. I recommend it:)
