The “Esprit des Lois” House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Upstairs, a master bedroom with bathroom, a dining room and a living room overlooking a terrace that is not overlooked. The garage in which we provide 2 adult bikes does not allow you to park a car because it is quite narrow. The vehicle can park for free on the street in front of the house or in the parking lot of an office building located 50 meters away.
