Between 20 and 30 km from the sea, you can discover our wild coast and its salt marshes while enjoying the calm of our countryside. When you arrive at our home, you will discover our local producers' store where a pretty fruit basket will be waiting for you. 5 min from 1 shopping area and the 4-lane highway. Close to the train station.

Quiet guesthouse in an ideal location.

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. Les Gîtes Ar Milin "Le Raflo"

Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Guest Houses

Studio of 30 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a convenience store, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for the bed, if you use the sofa bed the sheets and towels are extra, €15 for the entire stay. Be sure to let us know. See you soon in Cordemais

The Mademoiselle Causeuse Room – Independent Access

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover.
