At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
