Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in a industrial park in Bottrop Grafenwald. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

Centrally located apartment in the attic. Everything important for a stay is available. In this apartment, cats are also welcome if they are used to traveling and if they are housebroken. APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CAT ALLERGY SUFFERERS! It is a 10-minute walk to the city center. A bus stop to the CentrO is diagonally opposite the house. The grocery store and the bakery with café are within a 3-minute walk. Bottrop has many interesting excursion and hiking destinations.

The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

Dear Guest!!! This Finnish hut is classically divided. The living area with a small kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor. In the very sloping attic there is a bed (90 × 200 m) that can be reached by stairs. The staircase is relatively steep (Finnish cabin). Outside the cabin, there is a seating area available to you. Electric heating is provided. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay.
