Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car.
