Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. Centrally located apartment in the attic. Everything important for a stay is available. In this apartment, cats are also welcome if they are used to traveling and if they are housebroken. APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CAT ALLERGY SUFFERERS! It is a 10-minute walk to the city center. A bus stop to the CentrO is diagonally opposite the house. The grocery store and the bakery with café are within a 3-minute walk. Bottrop has many interesting excursion and hiking destinations.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
