Vacation rentals with breakfast in Boston

The property was immaculately maintained and presented. Amazing amount of little touches (after a really long drive) were hugely appreciated. We had such a wonderful stay with our two little ones and Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is perfect, great size with really comfortable living room and eat in kitchen which opens out onto a little deck. It was super clean and beds were all very comfortable! Lovely touches like breakfast and bottle of wine in the fridge for when we arrived. The cottage is also walking distance to cafes and pubs and to the beach! Would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing but which is situated in a great location for visiting kings Lynn, and the North Norfolk coast. The master bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground level so this worked well for us as our teenagers had the mezzanine level. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the annexe is at the bottom of the owners garden with views into the woods. Great for dog walking and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Comfy beds and a hot good size shower. We appreciated the little extras, eg cereals, milk, dog treats and blankets for the sofa. Thank you Lorraine for being such an accommodating host. I am really sorry that we forgot to remove the dog poo from the garden 🙈

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

a lovely place to stay,ownwer Alison very helpful and only needed to phone if any issues,very clean ,could put heating on if needed items for breakfast, toilet roll, milk ,tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries were provided,as was towels and bedding , so close to town ,shops and restaurants but also close to slot if historical buildings and could have a quite walk down the quayside, a lovely apartment too , highly recommended place to stay ,great value for money too 😁 x

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

I spent a comfortable night at Ian’s home in Bourne. Enjoyed a splendid dinner at the town’s Italian restaurant.

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

If we could give 10/10 for everything, we would! John and Chris made us feel instantly welcome in their beautiful home. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable, with a hot drinks station and private shower room. We had a delicious breakfast provided each morning and John helped us with local knowledge of places to eat and visit. We would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you both for such a lovely stay.

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed. The host was really responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.
