Cottage vacation rentals in Bosham

We were a little bit lost as we couldn’t find it jan came outside her house to show where we needed to go. Hot tub was spot on and the garden was sooo lovely. Definitely recommend.

Had a great time at the Wisteria Lodge - very clean, hosts were very friendly and was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Would recommend!

We've spent a week there. Great place, clean, good condition, good communication with host. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back next time for sure!

We stayed here as a family for a special birthday treat. The pool was fantastic and clean, and kids loved it! House was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows! The house is a bit tired in places but doesn't affect a short stay. None of the tv's work, no signal at all so seemed strange to have 4. This was the first air bnb we have stayed in where there wasnt a few tea bags to start us off, and the first time we didnt bring any - as you can tell, only small issues. Overall, a fabulous stay - would recommend!

The cottage is lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. All the little extra touches made us ( and Penny the pooch ) feel right at home. The large bed was extremely comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful with a very short walk the beach. Alex was very quick to respond to messages and his instructions were very clear, check in was very easy. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again in the future.

Another amazing stay at Adventure Prospect !! We really love this place.. so relaxing and yet a quick ferry ride to Portsmouth and everything it has to offer. Lovely beaches around gosport too!

Stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful ‘Hideaway’. The views were amazing and the hosts were really helpful - we even booked a reflexology treatment. The home had lots of amenities (tea, salt pepper etc) and there were lots of books/maps to read on the local area. There were beautiful walks on the doorstep and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable cottage, well appointed in a peaceful village close to some lovely walks.

Had to move myself and two small dogs out of my home at quite short notice for some works to be done. Found this beautiful little cottage in the grounds of a family home on the Goodwood estate that looked perfect. Small, private and secure enabling me to set up to work within a few minutes of arriving. Carol was super flexible, enabling me to move in over my lunch break and provided easy to read instructions for a seamless move. The place was just as described and spotless. A welcome basket was provided with local bread, butter and conserves, chocolate and biscuits, as well as, should you need them, lots of ideas for local places of interest to view. The dogs and I had a thoroughly rested stay, was able to work without interruption and were able to enjoy the secluded and private garden with some friends who came to visit. It was lovely to be met at the gate most days by two friendly hens. The cottage represented exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend.

An incredible place to stay for our family of four and two dogs. It met all of our needs being a perfect place for two adults to relax and enjoy, two children to play and be entertained, and two dogs with walks and comfort galore! I was incredibly impressed, Caroline has truly thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable and we had absolutely everything we could need to experience a high quality home away from home. The garden is an absolute inspiration and we loved the location, which is very picturesque, quiet and lovely to be opposite the church. It was surprising how close to all the shops you are as well where we were able to get anything we needed. We had local Chinese takeaway and also enjoyed a greek restaurant on the final night, both serving up excellent food. I cannot fault our stay at all, we went for long walks as a family, visited Arundel castle, and Littlehampton's west beach cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone :)

Thank you Jo, we had a wonderful stay. We had a family get together to celebrate birthdays and the house suited us perfectly, two dogs, two young children and 6 adults had plenty of room with lots to do. The garden was a bonus in the excellent weather we were lucky to enjoy. Jo’s recommendations for food were just right with a meal at the nearby Buck’s Head and food brought in from Gill Holland. We’d thoroughly recommend the property and would return without hesitation.

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

Stunning, Quiet, cosy, relaxing The Cottage is gorgeous & super comfortable, every view from each window is amazing with countryside (sheep) and the garden is stunning. Great walks and a pub 5 minutes which does fantastic food very friendly. Everything you need, welcome pack lavish, thank you homemade treats unbelievably generous. Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

What we loved: - Amazing location. Rowlands has great facilities, nice pubs, cafe, a shop and lovely walks. - The property has stacks of character, it’s really beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire. It was just a gorgeous place to rest and be. - Good amenities - coffee machine, smart TV, well equipped kitchen. - The cottage was very clean and warm (we stayed when it was very cold outside). - Good shower. - Very comfortable beds, good quality linen. - Good communication from hosts. - As someone who is terrible at parking I would dispute other reviews that say you can’t park - you just need to turn right into the road and reverse back. Small suggestions - The window in the bathroom really needs privacy film. - For the price point the welcome basket is a bit light, would expect milk & small bottle of shower gel & shampoo. But overall a wonderful stay and we would stay again.

Great quirky 2 bed right in the heart of Arundel. As a young family of three we very much wanted a place with the bedrooms on the same floor and this hit the mark. We’ve stayed in several airbnbs over the years in Arundel and they pretty much all have steep stairs, as this one did, which is no exception. Mark actually lives here part time so this place feels the way airbnbs used to: full of homey items, a fully stocked spice rack, cooking utensils etc (so many places don’t even leave you with salt these days). Added bonus were all the children’s toys and books accessible if desired- very much our case. The apartment is in a cute cottage on a public parking lot and at the back of a pub I think, so although there is definitely some daytime commotion, it is surprisingly quiet at night. Thank you mark- the welcome chocolates were promptly enjoyed and we will certainly be back!

We had lovely time this July in Bembridge. Fintray Cottage was close to the beach and also close to Bembridge village centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the big garden it came with. The house has a large kitchen, ideal for a big family or for the occasion of entertaining guests. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.

Wonderful Stay at Hazel View. Extremely clean house with very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms & kitchen. Richard was so helpful and made sure we had all the information we required before we arrived. Lodsworth is such a pretty village which was such a pleasure to visit.
