Fantastic house and garden in great location near to the beach. Our party of 10 enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this lovely well equipped home. Louise was a terrific host and very responsive when we needed help. Highly recommend Mandalay.

A wonderful stay in a special place - perfect for a family or friends exploring the area on foot or bike. Lots of space to relax at the property, inside and out. Particularly appreciated Benjamin’s friendly and responsive approach, and flexibility on check out time for a small extra fee.

From the start Lou was a very helpful and informative host, nothing was a bother, was very responsive, house was as described and child friendly. Would definitely come back again!

Cracking location just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Well equipped and nicely laid-out cottage provided a very cosy retreat from some miserable February weather. Gorgeous walks and welcoming pubs in all directions. Thanks for a great weekend!

The place was amazing, super clean. I came for my birthday and it was just the perfect house to celebrate, the beach was around a fifteen minute walk away. There was also a little high street with such lovely caffe’s and good corner shops near by. Hannah had thought of everything you’d need for a stay and the hot tub was the cherry on the cake. Everything was clearly communicated and Hannah was very informative. Thanks for our stay!!

You must stay here! It was beautiful. Clean, tidy, everything you needed. The host and house manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back!

A lovely stay here with great amenities. Sadly we were only informed of the snooker table being refurbished on arrival which was a shame but everything else was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was excellent. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch! Thanks Nina & Max

Everything you need is no more than 10 minutes away, town, beach, food, supermarkets it’s all there. Stunning inside, just as stunning on the outside. The hosts were very helpful and super quick with messaging back. If you’re looking to get away and need a place to stay where you don’t have to worry about anything then this is it. We will defo be going back! Thank you for having us.

A super flat at a very handy location in the centre of Brockenhurst, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is easy to access to numerous walking routes in the New Forest, both on foot and by train. Brockenhurst itself has numerous restaurants and pubs and a significant WW1 connection with NZ, about which there is a wealth of information at the parish church of St Nicholas and its churchyard.

Maggie’s place is stunning, we loved the sunny sitting room and the courtyard garden. The whole place is extremely well equipped, Maggie had thought of everything. The bed is really comfy, cosy with beautiful linen. We loved it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks Maggie.

Brian is the perfect host and his annexe is the perfect place to stay if you want the wonderful beaches without the craziness of Bournmouth. Brian always responded immediately, and was super helpful regarding check in and giving us information about the area. The annex is perfect for a couple, but note that the kitchen and living room area is on the first floor. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including bread and croisant, milk, tea, coffee, etc. The area was quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, though a bit of a climb up. We had bikes and riding along the coast was wonderful. Thank you Brian, and hope to stay with you again soon!

Very stylish and modern apartment with all the necessary ameneties. Great location but parking is a challenge if you have more than one car as we did (travelled as two couples). The property was very clean and comfortable, suited our needs perfectly.

Perfect for a family of 4. Zaina left out Lego and colouring for my kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. There are good blinds in the bedrooms, so we didn't encounter the issues people had from previous years of it being too light. In the summer months, the number 70 bus runs from right outside the apartment, down into Bournemouth and right out to Poole. It's an open top, double decker bus! An absolute winner for my 2 kids! The free parking saved us a fortune! We didn't have the best weather, but found Oasis Fun soft play and the Odeon in Bournemouth.

Fantastic flat in the heart of Lymington, car space very close and easy to find - walking distance to everything. Cosy and stylish, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and fresh water by the beds - a lovely touch. We will stay again and would highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable weekend in Lymington.

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
