There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes. 124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The 3 T's

My apartment is located in the central area of Cremona, 11 minutes from the Duomo. It has been recently renovated and is bright and very comfortable. Very close to the violin shops and the main restaurants, cafes and shops in the center. Ideal for couples, workers, young people and families. N.B.: there is an accommodation tax to be paid on-site of 2 euros per day for the first three days of the stay.

Theater house

A few meters from the Ponchielli theater, in the historic center, in an ancient building, an entire newly renovated accommodation, with a separate entrance, fresh and quiet, with a small garden in front. A few minutes' walk from the Cathedral, the Town Hall, the Violin Museum and the main places of interest.
