The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. Fine accommodation for 2-3 people in the south. Eutin. It's a 20-minute walk to the market. 15 km to the Baltic Sea. The apartment on the 2nd floor is new and furnished with attention to detail. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in the rose city of Eutin, 50 meters next to the water tower. 200 meters to the Great Eutiner See. In 5 minutes you can walk to the market square. Surrounded by the idyllic Holstein Switzerland and a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the first floor is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower room en-suite, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.

The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Vacation home for up to 4 people. The 55 m² apartment is located in an annex with private access. The apartment has its own terrace. The large child-friendly garden can also be used. A car parking space and a safe storage space for bicycles are also included. The separate bedroom can accommodate a double bed. Optionally, we can provide you with a crib here. The sofa bed, for the other 2 people, is located in the living room.

Prinzenholz vacation home on Kellersee

Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area.
