Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

“Short break” bright apartment at the gates of Hamburg

Quietly located accommodation at the gates of Hamburg. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer. Hamburg is also 30 minutes away. In about 3 km away is the Horster train stop. Here is a parking lot and bicycle parking.

A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach 40 minutes in Hamburg. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Barmstedt city center, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops. A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free. The apartment itself was refurbished and renovated in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.

The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
