Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Borough of Swale

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. Thank you again for having us we had a lovely time in your beautiful home Xx

Great place to stay while working in the area

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

This was the perfect base for us, from which we could explore Margate and take day trips to Deal and Canterbury. We loved the space. Highly recommended for the Margate area. We especially enjoyed the home's natural light, seaside view, gas fireplace, and comfy furniture.
