This a lovely cosy, quirky little home. It is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and thought Julia the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

My husband and I went for a short break. It was exactly what it said, the stream had wonderful waterfalls sound with birds tweeting and natural farm animals just strolling by. It was peaceful and the hot tub was the highlight of the day. Thank you Vicky.

Jay was absolutely brilliant, honestly a mega experience and Jay was brilliant with any questions I had for surprising my partner for her birthday, amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!

We celebrated our second wedding anniversary this weekend and had the best weekend absolutely picturesque views soo peaceful and quiet jsut what we needed will 100 percent be returning and passed the details on to all Our friends and family thank you for the perfect stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this Lodge and it has been great both times. A lovely spacious accommodation and the hot tub is fantastic.

Just back after spending 3 nights here with my partner and dog Bella. What a beautiful setting, you could just watch the horses and hares all day from the lovely hot tub. Having the bed above wasn’t a problem once you got used to the ladders. It was a very comfortable bed. It was a lovely compact little house, in a tranquil location. Bella had the best time, the hares kept her busy all day. Will definitely return.

What a beautiful lodge, set in a beautiful place! The site was absolutely lovely. Everything you needed the lodge had. The instructions booklet was very helpful as we had 3 children with us and a dog so looking for activities to suit us all. Overall a lovely stay, we will most definitely be returning maybe just the grown ups this time lol for abit more of a relax xx

Great location and accommodation

What a lovely few days away by the lake in Andy’s lodge. We were visiting my family nearby and decided to stay here so we could bring our dog and make a holiday of it. He loved it, we loved it, and the family we were visiting could come to the lodge to relax with us. Beautiful sunrise, lake view, a dedicated field to let your dog off lead, a lake to get on a kayak or row boat at the end of the garden, 9 hole pitch and putt, tennis courts and dog blankets for the sofa, dog treats, food and water bowls for our dog and you can walk your dog on lead around the lake, The pictures don’t do the size of the lodge justice, really big living area and outside decking area with loads of furniture and a massive bbq we didn’t use this time. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks to Andy and his team for answering our questions so promptly. If you’re thinking about staying here, you’ll love it. My family did!

Really nice place, ideal for a family stay . Clean, well equipped , quite and easy driving access to park and ride for York .

Beautiful lodge overlooking Pendle Valley, lovely furnishings, bedding, towels. Everything you could think of was available. The view was stunning & loved the outside area, fully enclosed which was great for our 2 dogs & plenty of outdoor seating & table to use. The site was quiet & peaceful and plenty to explore. The perfect Easter break.

I stayed here for 3 nights on my own whilst working in the Bradford area. Really nice quiet spot in the countryside whilst only being a short distance from Bradford city and the M62. There's everything you'd need and the WiFi is good too.

It's our 3rd/4th time staying at Flass Studio, as always Sara was on hand to help had we of needed anything and despite our bookings always been last minute, she never fails to accommodate! Such a peaceful place with plenty to do. We'll see you soon!

Our Stay was lovely, the host was always responsive and quick. The Chestnut cabin was easy to find and very accessible. The area is beautiful and there are plenty of walks near by, as well as an amazing cafe and restraunt on site which we ate at both and was over the moon with the food!! We will definitely be coming back!

Just home from a wonderful stay! Clear Instructions, beautiful decor, spotless.. The village is lovely and Martin the host was very responsive throughout with any information l may have needed prior to the stay.. Lots of added extras which was a lovely touch.. We had the most magical stay at the Delph Donkey. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by Nigel, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. The setting is absolutely fascinating - charming, peaceful, and full of character. The carriage itself is stunning: beautifully restored, luxuriously comfortable, and incredibly serene. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We also enjoyed lovely walks in the surrounding area and had a fantastic meal at the nearby Old Bell Inn. We would absolutely recommend the Delph Donkey to anyone looking for a unique and tranquil getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The Chalet proved to be a lovely home from home for our 10-night stay. Dan and Jemma are super-friendly and helpful hosts. And the interior design is lovely. We particularly loved the polygraph / bar, record player, amp and record collections - and Jemma’s delicious homemade sourdough loaf! This was a perfect location from which to explore the many delights that Holmfirth has to offer. And yet it’s peaceful enough to enjoy listening to the birdsong / the rain (though there was only a little!). Thanks Dan and Jemma for a lovely stay!

Had a great stay here, the property is just as described and as shown in pics Hot tub is a great touch! Would definitely recommend here for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy cabin which was lovely and modern. In great condition. Gorgeous surroundings, perfect location for nearby walks and the Yorkshire three peaks. Very friendly host. I would highly recommend and I would definatley visit again.

Shirleys accommodation is excellent. The property is well laid out, is a private location and has everything that caters for your needs. Would certainly recommend this accommodation. Also would recommend Shirley as an exceptional host, being very inviting and during our stay, providing us with a lift to retrieve our vehicle several miles away having attended a wedding the previous day. Communication with Shirley throughout the booking process up until the point we vacated was excellent. If in the area again we will certainly be looking to book.
