The house was nicely furnished, clean and felt very comfortable. Ms. Gülcan was also solution-oriented and had good communication, but unfortunately, our upper floor was also rented out on Airbnb and the family that stayed there was a crowded family with many children. So there were days when we slept through the screams and woke up to the loudest marches. Still, we gave it 5 stars because we think this is an exception and Ms. Gülcan did her best. He tried to resolve it and responded quickly to our messages regardless of the time difference. We recommend that people who want to stay ask who is staying upstairs. Other than that, they can easily stay.

The place is excellent and very comfortable, halil is a magnificent host and very attentive helped us at all times and I always care because we were comfortable 10/10.

Well, we stayed in two different houses of Ms. Nurcan and I can say very clearly that she was very kind and caring. He always responded to calls very quickly. This house we stayed in was very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, even toilet paper, and the house was very comfortable and sweet. Kucukpark is the best neighborhood you can stay in Izmir. When we had a problem with the iron, we said it was very late, and this morning, a brand new iron was left at our door before we woke up. Seriously, if you're going to stay in Izmir, this is a nice house to stay in and the host was the most friendly and caring. I thank them again.

Mohammad was very helpful. He welcomed us in the mid-night during check-in and was always ready to help. We felt ourselves at home. A great place to stay with a family. The view from the balcony was a huge bonus! We enjoyed our stay!
