Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bormes-les-Mimosas

Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice house.

We, a family with two teenagers, spent two weeks at Basile's holiday home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well-equipped and very bright, with a view of the surrounding nature from the living room. Wonderful! When it's cool, like spring at home, it's very nice to light the wood burning stove. The surroundings have a lot to offer: There are pretty small towns, the towns of the French Riviera, as well as much more. It's absolutely necessary to take a walk to the Bories du Verdon, it's very impressive! It's like the Grand Canyon. Basile is very helpful and friendly, and answer any questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the holiday home unreservedly. Wonderful!

Great stay with friends, the house is better than in the photos. Very nice place to spend a weekend or a quiet holiday in an environment full of greenery. Do it again without hesitation.

Very beautiful, authentic, well-maintained house. Great view and responsive host very available. We had a lovely stay. The fact that the third bedroom double bed is on the mezzanine of the living room deserves to be described a little better on the listing we hadn't noticed right away.

Sweet little cottage. Very well located on a vineyard that produces excellent rosé wines. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We cooked every night. The seating in front of the house is very comfortable. We found the path to the beach through the great scenery particularly impressive. The beach itself is beautiful. Many thanks to Alain for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house! We stayed a week with our friends. The kids played great thanks to the spacious spaces. The house is equipped with everything and the owners were very nice and attentive.

Maxime and Florian are super dedicated and also interested hosts! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is stylish and practically furnished, beautiful views and safe. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. We were often out and about with the e-bikes, which we were able to rent at the property. Two beaches are within walking distance... what more could you ask for? We will not forget the stay and especially Florian and Maxime :-) Thank you!

Very nice and ideally located apartment. We had a lovely stay all five of us (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The garden is very nice and spacious and was very much appreciated by the children and our dog. Thanks to Christine for hosting us and for the small gift on arrival! She was also very responsive in guiding us when we were lost. We also particularly liked being two minutes from the cinema! Perfect for the days when it was gray. We highly recommend this gite!

We highly recommend the apartment offered by Gaelle and Alban, both for the property itself and for the responsiveness and kindness of its hosts. The best part... drinking coffee in bed facing the sea and the sunrise! Fabulous!

Very nice spacious accommodation, well equipped and conducive to relaxation. Very well located for hiking in the calanques and enjoying the Mediterranean Sea. Comfortable bedding for a restful night. Very good stay in this apartment in the heart of the old village of Cassis. All within walking distance. Very well equipped, very clean. Special mention for the terrace, very nice for an aperitif or coffee. I recommend it!

Géraldine was our little sun from the south, when I saw it I even believe I taned! The apartment is very well located and very clean. In short, the perfect Airbnb for a stay in Cassis!

Ideal location v close to village and well presented /equipped. It was perfect for our short stay as easy to find / park / quick access to village of Bargemon with shop/ cafe / boulangerie . Daniel was very responsive and glad he was English speaking as my French is bit rusty !

We stayed in Bormes-les-Mimosas to attend the Corso Fleuri and had a great time. The apartment is in a great location, which allowed us to do anything on foot. We easily found a parking spot on the street. The bedding is impeccable, the house is functional and comfortable, it feels like home. The view of the village rooftops adds to the charm of the stay. Our host Françoise was lovely on the phone, reachable at all times and the instructions were very clear. I would recommned this property.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

Beautiful house located on the heights of Agay in a dream environment: cork oaks, eucalyptus, bay trees etc. Nice pool very nice during the heatwave!!! Very comfortable accommodation for 6 people, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge. Caution! No air conditioning! Walking distance to Agay Beach in 15/20 minutes. Very good communication with Alexandre. We had a great week.

Two amazing weeks spent in this house. The spaces are large, the air-conditioned sleeping area for optimal comfort, the very nice pool, the beautiful residence (access to mini golf, a cove, etc.) and the view we never got tired of!

We had a very nice time with Elisabeth and Yohan. They are very kind and warm hosts. 💕The house is in a quiet location with fantastic views of the sea and the city. It is comfortably furnished. We felt like at home. The pool is heated, so we were already able to use it in April. We will definitely come back. There are many exciting excursion destinations in the area.
