With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
