Kitchenette met nespresso, waterkoker, koelkast en broodrooster. Comfortabele zithoek met smart TV. De studio is voorzien van Airconditioning. De studio bevindt zich op 2e verdieping van het huis op de 1e verdieping zijn nog 2 kamers aanwezig. Het trappenhuis wordt gedeeld. Verder is alles voor u privé.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
