This is a small-scale recreational park in Aldwald, set in the beautiful Frisian coulissen landscape. About 30 meters away, you will find the waterway, from which you can easily take a boat to Lauwersmeer or Dokkum. This year, our Royal Couple will celebrate King's Day in Dokkum. Our mobile home is located 10 km from Dokkum. Ideal for enjoying the fun and then relaxing and unwinding afterward.

Unique overnight stay in a Pipo trailer Have you always wanted to spend the night in a cozy Pipo trailer? You can do that at our cozy mini campground, located near the charming town of Dokkum! The gypsy caravan is nicely furnished and suitable for two people. You have: - a comfortable double bed - bed linens - a mini-fridge - two towels - and access to the well-maintained on-site bathroom building. Enjoy the peace and quiet, and hop on your bike to explore the beautiful Frisian countryside.

In the center of Callantsoog is Pipowagen In Ons Tuintje. The caravan is a beautiful, brand new tiny accommodation with all the necessary luxury. The accommodation is super practical, with bedroom, living room and kitchen in 1! The trailer is also equipped with a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The garden is attractively decorated with, among other things, a spacious picnic bench, bench in the sun and all the space to enjoy the wonderful outdoors of the coast.

Step into the romance of our unique Pipowagen, a charming blend of adventure and comfort! Enjoy a luxurious, ready-made box spring bed, a private kitchen, terrace, and dining table. Located at the peaceful edge of a small campsite with spacious, clean sanitary facilities nearby. Perfect for travelers with minimal luggage who want to experience the charm of the past combined with modern comforts. Let yourself be surprised and create memories that will last forever.

pipowagen Loeloe, beautiful view of water

On the edge of a small-scale nature campsite is the Loeloe Pipo wagon with a beautiful view over water and farmland. Hear the bird sounds and watch the deer, horses or sheep on the land. Romantically decorated with a covered terrace so you can also sit outside in less nice weather. The caravan has a kitchen with fridge, gas stove and electric heating. Toilet and shower are in the small toilet building nearby. Showering is with a coin of 0.50 for hot water.

The small cottage

The small cottage is at the back of the field with a wide view. Parking is available on our property, in front of our other guesthouse. A stone path leads to the mobile home. If it gets a little colder, you can light the wood stove and warm up by the fire. There is an equipped kitchen with a two-burner gas stove. Everything is basic there, so no luxury things. The toilet is a drying toilet, and there is no shower. However, a sink with hot and cold water.

Sleeping outdoors with a touch of comfort! Here you will find a luxuriously furnished gypsy wagon with its own outdoor bathroom. The Pipo wagon is equipped with a good double bed, a coffee maker, a nice SMEG kettle, fridge, lighting and a nice, luxurious atmosphere. The gypsy wagon is on a large deck and overlooks the coulissen landscape. With a fresh cup of coffee and the birds in the background, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature.

Enjoy an overnight stay in the cozy construction trailer with a wide view of the fields of our farm. Our large garden with old oaks, (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. On the private terrace there are sun loungers and on request a fire bowl ready to enjoy the time in nature. Discover the surroundings by bike or on foot right in front of the trailer door.

Sleeping barrel - spend the night close to nature on the sheep pasture

Spend the night surrounded by nature and sheep in our birch forest. Inside there is a cozy sleeping gallery as well as seating with a table and outside a terrace overlooking nature. A modern bathroom with shower is freely accessible to you. The duvets and pillows are made of sheep wool from our sheep. We have a large area with cottage gardens, natural pond, sheep and orchard meadows, many play areas for children as well as a barbecue.
