In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. You'll love the place because of the setting that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

My apartment is located in a historical building that once housed the old town hall pressure. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via airbnb is only used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Experience of an at-home feeling in our little house with citygarden. Suitable for one or two persons (5 max.) but also for groups of friends (up to 6 persons). Childfriendly. first breakfast is ready upon arrival. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23
