The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

Все отлично! Продумано и по-домашнему. Чисто. Отличное расположение. Просторно уютно и тепло. Кровати удобные белье чистое. Давид всегда на связи, отзывчив к просьбам, немедленно решает все вопросы. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Приедем ещё.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Bakuriani or near Borjomi. We arrived late and could check in comfortably. Everything was clean and waiting for us. The fireplace was really cosy. Strongly recommend it! Also in terms of Bakuriani, you can find everything you need - supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. Very nice village in the mountains.

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Просторный современные дом с 2 мя спальням., очень удобно в доме 3 санузла.. с каждой спальни огромные балконы, имеет простонрную кухню с большой гостиной чистота уют порядок. .Нам очень понравилось... хорошая хозяйка очень отзывчивая помогла нам в каждом вопросе..спасибо большое мы провели отличное время в этом доме

المنزل متميز وفريد للأسباب التالية: - موقعه شتاءً وصيفاً مميز ويطل على الجبال بشكل ملفت وآسر ( سكنت فيه شتاءً وكان مميز جداً ولي زيارة في الصيف لنفس المكان إن توفر) - المنزل نظيف جداً ويتوفر فيه كل مايجعله مناسباً لأن يكون منزلك الخاص بل ولن تشعر بأنك غادرت منزلك. - السعر مقابل القيمة عادلة جداً ويستاهل المنزل مايُدفع مقابله. - المُضيف وخصوصا السيدة/ تينا متعاونة جداً وترد مباشرة على أي استفسار. حتماً سيكون وجهتي في المرات القادمة التي أزور فيها باكورياني. ملاحظة: حصل سوء تفاهم عند استلام المنزل فيما يخص عدد الغرف واختلافها عن ماهو موجود في التطبيق لكن أعتقد لوجود خلل ما في التطبيق أو البيانات المُدخلة وعولجت من قبل airbnb. صحيح تضايقت بعض الشئ في الساعات الأولى لكن الراحة وجمالية المكان جعلتني أنسى ماحدث. شكراً airbnb وشكراً تينا وديفيد على استقبالكم لنا. كل التقدير؛ ميدو

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bakuriani, stop right here—this apartment is amazing! Super comfy sofas, two spotless bathrooms, and plenty of privacy for each bedroom. It’s literally the closest place to Kokhta’s ski lift. There’s also a great restaurant right downstairs with the best coffee in the city and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Plus, Tamara is super kind and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

这次入住Anna的滑雪小木屋非常满意！房间配套非常齐全，厨房用具、暖气、Wi-Fi等一应俱全。小木屋的装饰也很温馨，给人一种家的感觉。最让我惊喜的是窗外的风景，早上醒来就能看到雪山和树林，简直像一幅画！ 唯一需要注意的是，小木屋的位置稍微高了一点，需要走一些楼梯才能到达，尤其是带着行李时可能会有点吃力。不过，考虑到这个价格和整体的入住体验，这点小困难完全可以接受。 总的来说，这是一次非常超值的入住体验，推荐给喜欢安静、自然风景的朋友！如果下次再来滑雪，一定会再次选择这里。

Great location with all necessary facilities around. Especially good for families with kids as there a playground right in front of the building. Having a working fireplace adds special vibe specially on rainy days. Overall, great place for the value.

المسكن رائع وهادئ وواسع مع حديقة مليئة بالفواكه صاحبة المنزل عظيمة جداً و خدومه و استقبلتنا افضل استقبال وتوديع. في مشترياتنا اليومية تنقلنا الى السوبر ماركت وغيرها كخدمة منها وجبة افطار متكاملة يومياً بالاضافة الى مساعدتين لتنظيف وترتيب السكن كسبنا في زيارتنا صديقة للعائلة انصح بالسكن ولكن معلومة ومذكورة في وصف البيت انه بعيد نوعاً ما عن السكان

المسكن جدا جميل ومريح يوجد تدفئه وماء ساخن لكن تمنيت لو كان اكثر سخونه كل شي كما في الصور بل أجمل خاصه في فصل الشتاء، أتمنى الاهتمام بالنظافه اكثر.

Хороший дом, немного потрепанный по сравнению с фото, но в целом очень уютный, камин по вечерам просто супер! И спасибо огромное хозяина за отзывчивость. Из небольших минусов: плохо работает вайфай, и в идеале дом конечно на 6 взрослых человек.

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

Lovely place to stay. It was conveniently located in Bakuriani and close to the main attractions. Nice view over the side of the mountain. Lots of wood for warming fires. We enjoyed our stay
