A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

6 Bedroom House With Mountains View

Sergi and everyone we talked to were so helpful and kind. Always answered questions quickly. There were lots of rooms and plenty of space for our large group. We were very comfortable. It was a bit cold at first but Sergi worked quickly to remedy that for us. The only thing I did not realize was that some of the rooms and large kitchen could not be accessed by an indoor stairwell. We had to go outside to the kitchen and some of the bedrooms and it was snowing (it was beautiful) Not a huge issue unless you have elderly people or anyone who can’t handle stairs. There are a lot of stairs.

Bakuriani fun getaway!

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

My family and I were happy to spend the weekend here. A cozy cabin with soul and heart. Incredibly beautiful view from the windows and from the yard. We got the weather rainy, so 2 days out of 3 we didn't go for a walk. But the cabin was so good it wasn't boring. We watched movies, drank wine, played chess, watched the clouds landing at the tops of the mountains. My son was delighted with the double bed, the fish, the curious cat and the affectionate and friendly dog living on the property. The host family are caring and attentive people who breathe warmly into every corner of the house. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

Nona is a wonderful and welcoming host, the communication with her was easy and friendly. Everything inside the house is in new condition. Warm, nice blankets that sleep well. In the yard, there are three terraces on different levels, where delicious grapes grow, from which wine was made, which was treated to us. For children there is a swing in the yard. Hot water without interruption. The location is close to a big good store and a road to the park. Nona, thanks for the warm welcome, good tips and comfortable house.

A charming and comfortable villa, with 3 spacious bedrooms, a large and well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly - an amazing garden with a view and privacy and an excellent barbecue area. The villa is located at one of the highest points in the city and overlooks everything from above. Above the villa is the owner's house. A kind and generous guy named Misho and his father, who built this entire paradise himself. Both are unusually hospitable. In short - a place to return to. Highly recommended

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

We rented the entire house, and it matched the photos and our expectations. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made our stay comfortable. The house was warm even during an unusually cold April, the furniture was cozy, and the view from the balconies and terrace was beautiful. Unfortunately, the terrace furniture wasn’t covered from rain or snow, so we couldn’t use it during our stay — everything was wet. Communication with the host was also an issue. I messaged Eto before arrival to ask how to get into the house, but didn’t get a response, and his phone was unreachable. Thankfully, a woman from a nearby hotel helped us contact him and find the key. I messaged him again when we left, but again received no reply. If the terrace furniture had been covered and the check-in/check-out process more clear, my experience would have been entirely positive. I can still recommend this place, and suggest the host improve communication and consider covering the outdoor furniture.

The home is unique for the below reasons: - Its location is a winter and a distinctive summer overlooking the mountains strikingly and captivating ( I lived in it winter and it was very special and I have a summer visit for the same place if available) - The house is very clean and has everything that makes it convenient to have your own house and you won't even feel like you left your house. - The price for value is very fair and the house deserves what it is paid for. - The host, Mrs. Tina, is very helpful and responds directly to any inquiry. It will inevitably be my destination the next time I visit Bakuriani. Note: There was a misunderstanding upon receipt of the home for the number of rooms and their difference from what's in the app, but I think there's something wrong with the app or data entered and I've been treated by airbnb. True, I was harassed in the early hours, but the comfort and aesthetic of the place made me forget what happened. Thank you airbnb and thank you Tina and David for welcoming us. The location is in the center of the city, but it takes a steep slope to climb, the navigation and location are not very accurate, and it's still a little bit worse at the end of the day.Luckily, the host was always online.Clean room, large living room, and a piano.The kitchen and bathroom are separate cottages outside. It is very comfortable to eat and drink tea on the terrace during the day. It is a bit cold at night. Overall, it is very good value for money.

Great townhouse on the territory of Crystal resort. Check-in through the hotel reception, there is a place for a car. The house is managed by a hotel, so bed linen and bathroom amenities are at a good level. There is also a sauna, after skiing is a very cool option! The host responded quickly to all questions! The most hospitable hosts I met in Georgia. They received us with wine and cake! Rudy was very helpful giving us instructions about the city and the neighborhood, also about what to do in Borjomi. The neighbors are also very nice people. I recommend this place 100%.

I rented this place for the second time. This time I celebrated the New Year with friends here. I was pleasantly pleased with the decoration of the property: garlands, tinsel and a Christmas tree. In general, the hosts tried very hard to provide the holiday with comfort and coziness, I am very grateful for this and I really appreciate this care! When visiting Borjomi, I will continue to stay only in this house and recommend to everyone:)

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.
