The first floor is a spacious studio-style living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, blender, and meat grinder), a cozy fireplace, dining and lounge areas.

Our facility is in the middle of the breathtaking Lesser Caucasus Mountains and has spectacular views of unique nature.
