Great spot very close to ski slopes. Everything was as expected. Not their fault, but the restaurant & bar at the Valley is closed. Would have been ever better if that was available, but overall a fantastic trip to Bakuriani for some skiing.

It has been a very cozy stay at Lali’s. Spacious apartment in a very quiet area a few steps from the main attractions of the town, it was a pleasure to relax there and enjoy the winter atmosphere. Lali, who lives in the house beside the apartment, is a very loving and hospitable landowner, she prepared for us some tasty Олады/pancakes and was ready to help to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This is the 4th time I’ve sent my guests to this Airbnb, and each time, I am thoroughly impressed by the consistent level of communication and the spotless cleanliness of the property. The apartment is located in a ski resort. It's off season and very quiet. Nothing is working. Check-in through the reception. It was cool and there were not enough spoons/forks, Oksana contacted the reception and after 5 minutes they brought a heater and everything you need. The apartment is clean and quite cozy. 2 separate bedrooms, small living room

Greatest location in the Forest, Didveli ski road is so close to the apartment. Apartment building is so modern and well designed, we got beautiful forest view. place is very calming and peaceful.

The front exterior of the guesthouse features a wooden porch with intricate carvings and a gentle staircase leading up. Large windows are framed by pale walls, allowing natural light to brighten the porch area. Flower boxes add a touch of color beneath the windows.

Wat a great place. Parking in front of the house,centrally located but not noizy during the night. Borjomi is a nice village and offers many good opportunities to see Vardzia and Rabati castle. Ruso thanks for a great stay!

In general the apartment is great and beautiful to stay in, so is the Management mate Eka. She's doing a great job and is very helpful. At time of arrival the host became unfriendly and unpolite. George didn't let us talk at all on the (many) phones calls & messages we did with him and only shut on us that it's his mistake and he's sorry but he has to charge us more now & wanted to cancel the reservation if we don't pay more. He repeated his self many times without listening to us. When we said that we'd only pay the price that we booked his apartment for on airbnb he said, he put the wrong price in Airbnb for 2 persons and charged us additional money in cash after check in (even though it's HIS mistake, not ours) so we couldn't check in for 1,5h and sit outside trying to figure out with him. In the end without the hidden price increase we had a great stay and lovely time in Borjomi and Bakuriani and want to thank you very much. All the best to you, George.

I accidentally listed the wrong number of guests, but within 15 minutes, extra bedding and towels were delivered. The complex also has a pool and spa, just 10 GEL per person for an hour — a perfect way to finish day!

really great experience, the flat is spacious and clean, yard is good to play with children, quiet place, polite host, not far from 25 ski park. (5 min walking).

The apartment is very clean and warm. Good water pressure. Lovely linen and towels. Spacious - it's convenient to gather on the slope. Didveli is within 15 minutes walking distance, but there is also a free bus from the city every 15 minutes if you start :) it is also convenient to go to the city, but the hotel staff are not aware of this and offer only taxis.

A large window framed by vaulted ceilings offers a view of the surrounding mountains and landscape. Two modern chairs are positioned in front of the window, creating a comfortable seating area. A chandelier hangs from the peak of the ceiling, contributing to the spacious atmosphere.

Good location and nice view. You can see the snow mountains from the room. The hosts are very nice, too. We met the water supply problems here which is caused by the water company, not the hotel . And they gave us a discount. Thanks a lot.
