Wonderful house in Vallongia, over 3 floors and 175 sqm. Just fully refurbished with hospitality in mind. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with luxury high pressure shower. Underfloor heating throughout. Strategic location, easy access to several ski areas, Sella Ronda circuit and Bolzano. The house is easy to reach from Marco Polo airport of Venice by bus (line 80, 'Malcontenta' bus stop) and it is easy to reach from the motorway too. The bus from Malcontenta takes about 30 minutes to Venice and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the flat (3 minutes to walk). The best way to reach Venice is by bus, but you can also drive until Fusina and from there catch the ferry (whose ticket is included in the price of the parking). House have a park for only one car (free).

Three bedroom house located only 450 mt from the beach. The house is very spacious. There is a big eat in kitchen, large living room and a bathroom , on the first floor 3 big bedrooms , two doubles and a twin ,and a master bathroom and on the second floor there is a big attic where there is a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
