We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

Very nice apartment, clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host has always been responsive and very helpful in the necessary communications. Great value for money. If I had to go back to the area one day, I would definitely come back here for the night.

Very good stay with Rossana and Roberto. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped (good quality bedding too). Quiet while having quick access to areas to visit. Absolutely beautiful view!!! And for access by car to the rental: yes it is narrow on the last meters but quite doable. A big thank you to Rossana for our exchanges: messages always very friendly and always available if needed.

Giulia's place had an amazing location, steps from the train with our luggage, a restaurant right next door, grocery store minutes away, and a beautiful short walk to the water with shops and restaurants there. Varenna, while very nice, is very busy, we are so happy we stayed in Mandello del Lario. The apartment itself is in a very secure block, the style is bohemian which we enjoyed as we were seeking to relax. And what sold us and did Not disappoint was the view from the terrace in the morning. Everything else was great, it's a quiet area, the surrounding houses seemed upscale, with families and school kids doing their day to day activities. We would absolutely go back to this airbnb and already regretted not staying for 4 days instead of the 3 we booked. Thanks Giulia , hope to visit Mandello del Lario again soon !

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and there was everything you need. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. Parking is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. Thank you for the great break. Evelyn

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very sizable and comfy. I would definitely stay here again! Note, it is a bit up the hill, but if you are lucky enough to catch the night bus it is only the first stop up. It is a 20 minute walk down and about 30 sweaty minutes up if you are in good shape. We were visiting with friends that had a car, so most nights we used that to get up and down versus trying to rely on the night bus (which only runs thru the end of September and 9-12 pm). There is a public bus also but we never took it so I can’t comment. I would recommend thinking about how you plan to go up and down the hill for any place in Perledo.

Our stay at Enzo and Maddie's was perfect! The location is ideal for exploring the different places to visit on Lake Como. The proximity to Bellagio is a big plus. The apartment is cozy and very clean with all the essentials available. Enzo and Maddie are very responsive hosts and communication was very quick and easy whenever we needed it. We recommend it!

A comfortable and well-equipped apartment. In addition, it is easy to reach shops and restaurants on foot via a nice path along the river. Although I arrived a little early compared to the scheduled time and failed to specify that I had a dog, the welcome was very friendly and friendly. I want to clarify that there is no need to look for dirt in this apartment because there is none! Indeed, the accommodation is in pristine condition, which is very nice. A place I'd recommend without a second thought.

Had a wonderful time at Donata’s place. Lovely renovated space with comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen/lounge with everything you would need for a long or short stay. Especially enjoyed hearing the church bells each day. 10 min walk to train station although Donata kindly picked us up on our arrival. Short walk down to the lake where we enjoyed sitting and having a coffee and a gelato and watching the world go by. Supermarket 3 mins up the road. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s lovely.

The location is really incredible, the place is super romantic... Definitely an experience to do once in a lifetime.. The welcome was perfect... Maybe for the price I paid I would give more attention to breakfasts, especially those particular without lactose and vegan.. There are many people who may not choose vegan breakfast only by choice but also because maybe it is semi intolerant to lactose and in our case I had to taste the yogurt before I realized that it was not vegetable.. I would try to make breakfast the same for everyone and maybe also give those who are vegan the opportunity to have yogurt, etc.For the rest, everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay! Thereze and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful – you felt immediately welcome. Had an unforgettable stay. Very centrally located on a 1st floor of a traditional Milanese building with courtyard. Easy access to two stations and 25mins walk to Duomo through the park. Eleonora was very helpful and responsive with any issue and questions we had. Also super grateful we were able to check out later on the day. My daughter loved her welcome present and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations she gave us! Highly recommended, would recommend perhaps for a couple to stay in the summer when it’s not too cold to enjoy the terrace.

We had a very nice vacation at Maria Antonietta's. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was filled. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide :).

Beautiful, lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Particularly great are the outdoor facilities overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, grill, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the road that passes directly by the house on the other side. It's not very busy, but when it is, the cars come fast. Caution is advised with small children.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable, even the sofa beds which was surprising! (most sofa beds are so uncomfortable) They responded instantly to any questions we had and left us a lovely welcoming gift! Couldn't recommend enough!
