We spent January in this beautiful place in Capalbio and it was just perfect! The location is quiet and close to nature, ideal for anyone looking to work and relax. The place has everything you need for everyday life. The workplace was excellent and perfect for productive work. The contact with the hosts was also great – always helpful and friendly. At the same time, we were able to relax wonderfully in the area and enjoy nature. All in all it was a wonderful stay, and we can fully recommend this place! Many thanks to the hosts for this great experience!

Very welcoming apartment and very well maintained. Strategic point to visit all the places of interest in the surroundings, not far from the sea. Mario was very kind and helpful in meeting us with the schedules.

My wife and I, along with a couple of our friends, stayed two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment. Impeccably clean, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as if in a hotel, as well as a large living room and kitchen with an outdoor space that we used for lunch. The apartment is really stocked with everything you need and even more, both in terms of appliances and dishes. Coffee was also present, for big consumers like us how many times have we been in apartments where there was a capsule machine and not even one was supplied, this was not the case! Ms. Sonia was extremely kind and made herself available for any need or advice. Last but not least, the parking under the house is useful even if the apartment is not in the historic center of Capalbio, which can be reached with a short walk. It was a great pleasure to stay in Capalbio.

A wonderful place beyond expectations. Surrounded by nature and quiet in a beautiful stretch of sea, dunes, Mediterranean scrub, yellow fields colored by colorful flowers, wild bunnies, turtles, songs of birds of all species and not least a pleasant breeze that refreshed us throughout the stay. Delightful and comfortable home. Everything very well cared for in every detail. We hope to be able to go back!
