Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you have come to the right place! We renovated and furnished this apartment in 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Direct fantastic SEA VIEWS. Lovingly furnished two-room apartment with balcony in the first row. RIGHT on the SEASIDE and only meters to the beach. A highlight is the light-filled window front overlooking the Baltic Sea and some breathtaking sunsets. The corner balcony with beach chair, a closed fireplace, two large TVs, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a free TG-PKW parking space and elevator are other highlights.
