Beautiful quiet apartment in a fantastic location directly on the Baltic Sea with beach 300 m away. Very warm and likeable hosts. Great opportunities to accommodate several people, as there are several apartments and a converted construction trailer. Perfect for dog owners, even over New Year's Eve (complete peace and no firecracker noise). Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can relax wonderfully. A beautifully furnished cozy apartment equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, etc. are easily and quickly accessible by car. Otherwise, there are great walking opportunities in the surrounding area. And of course perfect for a beach vacation on the Baltic Sea in summer. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Top amenities, easy check in. We felt very comfortable in there. Good beds, 3 TVs, well-equipped kitchen and a nice sauna. What more could you ask for?

The house was just as described and tastefully decorated. We felt at home right away. We had missed the fact that a few days before had to ask for key cards, so check-in became a bit of a hassle. We would suggest that you either get the code automatically or that it is in the check-in instructions. But it's a very small thing. We enjoyed our stay and we would love to come again!

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

We spent the turn of the year in this cozy Airbnb in Dahme and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the dog beach was right nearby – perfect for our four-legged friend. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back!

Very nice house, great furnishings, with sauna and fireplace (sauna and firewood each with additional payment). Wonderful for lingering or as a starting point for island explorations - even in winter.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

It was great. There were four of us (two adults and two kids). The house is directly on the lake. Frogs, snakes, beavers, ducks...everything was there to pay without admission:-) that was especially great for the children. Kirsten was very nice. She was always available if you had any questions and also came by to say "hello" and ask if we had everything we needed. The house is very nicely renovated and has everything you need. BBQ, fireplace and fire bowls are also there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks Kirsten for the great stay!!!

Great stay for outdoor lovers

Part of a hotel complex, so a little confusing. But everything brand new and very nice. We felt comfortable Perfect with children. Unfortunately, only the restaurants of the complex were both closed.

We can fully recommend Evelyn and the apartment. If we go on vacation in the area again, we will certainly be the first to see if the apartment is available in the travel period☺️ Contact went smoothly, always friendly and accommodating. All in all we had a very nice holiday. Thank you!!!

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

We spent a very nice weekend in the apartment:) the proximity to the water is nice and if you are looking for peace and quiet, in winter you are right in Dahme:) The small kitchen and bathroom offer everything you need and bedroom and living room with balcony complete the apartment. Check-in/out are flexible and the parking space for cars is nearby. We were also happy to accept the possibility with swimming pool and sauna in the house. Tip: only pack 1 euro pieces for the sauna;o) Thank you for everything. We will be back :)

Very nice, spacious house - you are fixed on the beach - 3 bathrooms: a luxury! - Kitchen appliances are of high quality - kitchen could be a bit better equipped for cooking - the large living-dining kitchen on the ground floor is a dream - all in all highly recommended!

We stayed at the property for the second time and are already planning the third visit! Werner & Claus manage to make us feel at home every time and we don't want to leave. We felt comfortable at the place from the beginning! This has exclusive amenities with everything you need in everyday life. Even for the little ones, a lot is available and everything has been planned with attention to detail. The provision of all information and communication was excellent. We'd love to come back and highly recommend these cozily furnished houses!

Felt right at home! The location truly is amazing. Right behind the dunes! 2min walk to the beach. The house is as described. Pictures are accurate. We loved the backyard, used the charcoal grill a few times, loved our morning coffee in the Strandkorb, and just enjoyed that deck! The house has everything you need and even includes firewood for the indoor fire place. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. You also get a washer, dryer, and an indoor sauna. Even linens are included which is not a given in a lot of other German rentals. All in all very impressed to find this luxurious home. The guestbook speaks for itself! Hoping to be back!!

We had a great time in Hoikendorf. The apartment is super nice and ideal for a family with several children. The attic makes every child's heart beat faster. The communication and check-in were great and the value for money was a dream. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, our short vacation is already over. Everything was great. Also ideal for a trip with a dog. The direct Beach access to the beautiful wide beach and also the large garden was great when you didn't wanted to go to the beach. We felt very comfortable with Uta and would be happy to come back. This place was exactly as described—right on the water with lovely views and easy access to the beach area. The amenities were great and the kitchen was really well stocked and easy to cook in. The beds and couches were all very comfortable. We stayed in the middle of winter and the house was really warm and cozy, even during a snowstorm. They also went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome, leaving her tennis balls and treats, which was such a nice touch. Communication around check-in and check-out was clear, and the hosts responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely stay here again!
