Super clean and well-appointed accommodation, super nice garden and well fenced for small dogs, very nice small touches and very responsive and attentive host, all shops are within walking distance, frankly very nice little house to spend a few days, delighted with our stay

Just a great weekend with the family. The house is very nice, very well-equipped, and very clean. The country setting is serene, the apple trees are in bloom, the birds are singing and the countryside is beautiful. All close to Cabourg and the sea. Communication with Bene was excellent and easy. Bene took good care of us. If you want to spend a vacation, a quiet and simple weekend, I recommend this place. a huge thank you to Bene for his kindness.

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Yoann was very welcoming, very helpful and super nice. 😊 The place was super clean as new, and it is especially beautiful!! The bed is just amazing, my spouse and I slept so well. The bathroom with its walk-in shower was also superb. And my favorite room is obviously the veranda with its wooden spa, which is just splendid, large, beautiful and so soothing. I've never seen a hot tub as beautiful and stylish! I also loved the patio which is very cocooning with its little lights at night it's super nice and very nice when there is sun during the day 😊 In short, we will come back very soon. We loved it, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, you can go there without so much as a second thought!! Thanks again to Yoann for a great weekend 😊

Very good stay in Tom's place. The apartment was faithful to the description and the terrace was a real asset because the sun was present throughout the stay. Good communication with Tom who has manifested himself several times to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is very well located and makes it easy to walk or discover the Normandy coast. Always very nice to find this beautiful apartment and its terraces, bright, quiet, tastefully furnished, comfortable and ideally located in the city center and a short walk to the sea (special mention for the reserved parking space for the car in front of the house). An idyllic stay in Deauville in this apartment, certainly small, but even more beautiful and functional than in the photos! The managers are responsive and accommodating, it feels like home. Cosy and tastefully furnished. To be redone and recommended without hesitation!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

A real little piece of heaven! The apartment is super comfortable, the bedding is great, you sleep like at home. The beach is a few steps away, and when you open the window, you can hear the waves and birds: a dream! The host is super nice, available and attentive. Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally matches the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to enjoy the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers-sur-Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding cities. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally unwind, with a super splendid time. We were delighted to see our Host again and to enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of tranquility there. We highly recommend this place which will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back
