Arcachonnaise house with a large and pretty wooded garden in a quiet area, not overlooked. At the bottom of the garden in a green setting, a swimming pool of 4.6m x 2.7m surrounded by a large deck. Located in the heart of Bordeaux, on the top floor of a former cloister, I rent my quiet, bright 2 bedroom apartment with views of the rooftops of Saint-Michel. Capuchin Market is a 10-minute walk. Victor Hugo parking lot 150 m away. nearby shops: seamstress, pharmacy, grocery, Carrefour... The apartment is my primary residence, so it is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee maker, board games) Check-in possible from 4pm. Hand-delivery of keys.
