BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

It is conveniently located, in the heart of the very dynamic and multicultural Saint-Michel district (15 min walk to the train station and at the confluence of the four tram lines of Bordeaux), between the Saint-Michel Basilica and the Capucins covered market (open every morning except Monday). Beautiful and comfortable flat , 50m2 of charm and stylish furnitures. Beautiful view on river Garonne with little balconies. In the lively area of the city, ideal for visiting the city on foot. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.
