Clear instructions for self access to the property and parking. Fast response if any need. Has a document with instructions, restaurant addresses... Always a few treats for hospitality as well as a few coffee pods. Always very clean, pleasant apartment with a large window that allows you to have a bright apartment.

Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway. The hosts were responsive to my email requests and always caring. They did their utmost to ensure that our requests were taken into account (there were 13 of us instead of the maximum 10 people accepted in the accommodation). The home is perfect, bright and spacious. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this ideally located accommodation in Auvillar, a stone's throw from the village, which allowed us to do everything on foot during the holidays. The two bedrooms are very spacious, perfect for our family with two small children (7 months and 3 years). The bedding is comfortable, and the welcome was just perfect. Thank you so much for your availability and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place!

We had a great time staying with Camille and Fred, the house and garden are very nice, including in very hot weather! Camille and Fred are very friendly, welcoming and available. Lots of walks, tours and swimming around. Thank you again for your welcome.

Alain was very welcoming on arrival and made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed—it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the board games and the raclette machine, which made for some fun and cozy evenings. The location was ideal for visiting nearby tourist sites and enjoying some beautiful walks in the area.

We enjoyed the great location of Isabelle and her husband with our family (7 people). A beautiful house, spacious rooms a well equipped kitchen, blissful terraces, a large swimming pool, a great view of the beautiful landscape. It is very nice to be able to walk via GR routes to Lauzerte and Montcuq. In short, we would recommend the stay to anyone and appreciated all the tips and the warm welcome and picking out of Isabelle and her husband.

Beautiful and large house as described. The living areas are large and the bedrooms comfortable. Small downside for the bedrooms upstairs when it's hot...we had trouble refreshing them. There would also be some refreshments to plan (shutters in particular) The pool is large and the outdoor spaces are well appointed with lots of shade. There is also the large games room with the ping pong table that occupied our teens well. The house is indeed secluded but that didn't bother us Nicolas and Isabelle are available. We had a lovely week of family vacations

we stayed a week in Agen in April 2024. everything was perfect. the house has a nice little outdoor patio, it is on 3 levels. each bedroom has its shower area. everything is clean, well decorated, tidy. the house is very nice, the kitchen is very well equipped. we are two minutes from the canal bridge, the city center on foot. for children, scooter and bike space nearby. I highly recommend. communication with mareva fluid, responsive, pleasant.

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

We had a great time at Valentine's beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The house is superb and tastefully decorated. Ideally located in the heart of the village, all the amenities are within walking distance. Perfect for holidays with family or like us: two couples of friends with children. Everything was perfect. Valentine is very welcoming and gave us great tips for discovering the region. We would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time staying in Raphaele’s place in Agen. We went for an event happening in the towns local venue “Adem Florida”, travelled as a group of 6 from the UK. The place was absolutely beautiful, even better than how it looks on the pictures, the swimming pool and table tennis were a lovely bonus, the beds were all clean and extremely comfortable, the showers were responsive, the couches and main space were a perfect space to relax, couldn’t be more happy with the stay, and will absolutely be staying again. - not to mention how lovely the host was!

Caroline and Charles are most friendly owners of the residence. The house is beautyfull and very comfortable, with some ancient villages in the neighbourhood, There is all the equipment (especially in the kitchen) you need for a lovely holiday. You will have a lot of privacy in a beautifull garden with swimmingpool. We (2 adults and 7 children) had a lot of fun swimming, playing tabletennis, cooking, reading books, visiting markets, hiking etc. We had a wonderfull stay and we do recommend the property to everybody. Robert was the perfect host and we enjoyed our time staying at his charming lodge overlooking the Pyrenees and shared many stories with him over a bottle of fine red wine! Therefore we highly recommend that you stay there and have a fantastic time; the previous reviews are accurate and next year we might return and revisit the beautiful Gers region
