Monthly Rentals in Bonython

The location is very convenient with everything we needed within walking distance. Parking is in the basement of the building and very close to the lift which incidentally is also very close to the room. The accomodation is comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. During our stay we did not have a chance to see the swimming pool or other amenities. The floors were a little dusty, but a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning products are provided so that was easily remedied. Our only complaint is that the co-host arrived late. That aside, we had a great time, they provided a basket of snacks, the place was clean, all the appliances worked well. Most importantly we slept well, feeling safe and secure.

This was a great studio apartment to stay in - had everything we needed, was very clean and well set up. The views of the mountains were beautiful! Highly recommended!

Very close to shopping centre (directly across the road) but not noisy. Variety of restaurants and cafes within 100m. The lake is less than 5 min walk. The room is very new and all amenities were top quality (T2 tea, O&M shampoo for example). Check in and communication was fantastic. I was visiting family and would stay again

Nats place was exactly what we needed for our trip to catch up with family. Nat was ever so helpful and very responsive to messages. Apartment was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend Nat and her apartment if needing somewhere to stay Its so close to shops, restaurants and coffee. Will definitely be booking again A++++
