Everything at the apartment was homey and comfortable, even with a surprise (to me at least!) April snowstorm! Perfect place to use as home base for exploring and Gretchen’s recommendations through the guide were super helpful.

Quite possibly my favorite Airbnb ever (and I get around, lol). Loved everything about this home…everything! Beautiful, peaceful, well stocked perfect for a break from the city and for exploring the Catskills (or doing nothing and enjoying serenity and the gorgeous home and yard). Lisa was a dream too - couldn’t ask for a kinder, more responsive host. One important note for those traveling with little ones: because the space is so bathed in natural sunlight, our littles (6 and 3) were unable to nap. If your kids need darkness to nap (and you can’t survive skipping naps, lol), reconsider this place. Similarly if YOU need darkness, bring an eye mask. Can’t wait to visit again (maybe solo next time :D)

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.
