Approximately 425 sq ft. apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom and eat in kitchen. 1 mile from center of New Paltz and 5 minutes walk to rail trail and Huguenot street. Bedroom has queen size bed, brand new mattress as of May2025, 40" flat screen smart tv. Full kitchen with everything you need and parking for up to 2 cars. Patio area has two chairs and a gas grill.

The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

Explore local wineries, antique shops, and beautiful hiking trails with a short drive or Uber ride. History buffs will love the Huguenot Historic District and High Falls towpath. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.
