From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The studio apartment is located in the quiet community of Bönningstedt, bordering Hamburg. The room measures 26 sqm and is located in our basement (terraced house). There is a separate entrance that leads directly into the basement. Bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters) + mattress. The bathroom is also located in the basement. As the landlord, we only enter the basement area for laundry, so we live in completely separate spaces.
