A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

20 minutes from La Plagne Montalbert ski resort. 10 minutes from ski touring, cross country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing (winter), GR, refuge, hiking (summer) routes. 100 m: start of hiking and biking trails A true haven of peace, the chalet has all the necessary comforts as well as full equipment (raclette, fondue, flat screen, comfort plus bedding, board games, sled, storage room, private parking...). This cottage is located in a private forest.

Les Touines Cottage Apartment

Between Bourg St Maurice and Les Arcs station, in the calm and serenity of an authentic Savoyard hamlet, the chalet offers exceptional views of the valley. 10 minutes from Les Arcs, the 110 m2 apartment combines tradition and modernity and offers spacious and bright spaces. Two south-facing terraces offer magnificent views of the valley. 2 minutes from the funicular, for direct access to the station and at the foot of mountain bike and hiking trails.

Spacious accommodation of about 100 m2 decorated with care, with private garden, parking and access to a traditional Nordic bath (reservation for heating). One Nordic bath per stay is offered. VENEZCHEZVOUS offers the luxurious Chalet LE VILLARET with its sublime lake and mountain views. From every corner of the house you have an unobstructed view of Lake Annecy and a 180° view from the Jacuzzi. Breathtaking! The design is refined and the bay window facade offers plenty of light. The house is equipped for the utmost comfort of vacationers. The chalet is conveniently located 15 min from Annecy and 1 km from the beach and shops.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.
