Beautiful Pool Family House 4/2 in Kissimmee

We had a great stay in Kissimmee. The property is in a good location, close to the parks, shingle creek and a Walmart a couple of minutes away. Photos and space was exactly as advertised. We had ample space for our family, and the heated pool was a hit. Yamil was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Zane and Ruby’s house! The hosts were very quick in responding to our questions. The area is quiet and beautiful with lots of things to do. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in an Airbnb which is very important to us! You will not regret booking this place! Thank you, Zane and Ruby, for sharing your house with us!

Perfect as a home base for visiting area attractions. We celebrated my daughter's 4 year birthday there. She and her cousins loved all the different themes in the rooms. The place was clean, and we had no complaints. We would gladly stay at Amy's place again.

Perfect stay. We stayed in building 21 on the 11th floor and had a great view. We only got to use the pool area once cause we were busy but it was very nice. The apartment was super clean. The host was so attentive. The Disney parks were about 10 minutes away and so convenient. I would definitely stay again. My 3 year old even loved the place. Wish we had more time to explore the whole resort area.

Family of four from Norway visiting Orlando for the first time. The location of the house is perfect for visiting the Orlando attractions, only 20 min drive to Sea World, Universal, Discovery Cove and other famous parks. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view and a nice back yard with a nice clean pool that is serviced by a professional pool boy, good to know that the water quality is 100% safe. The house it self has all you can ask for, it Is weary clean and comfy. It was so nice to get back to this place after a busy, noisy day in the park. If we go back to Orlando again I will definitely try to book this house.

We had an amazing time at Jefferson's house in Kissimmee! The house was incredibly spacious, with each room featuring an en-suite bathroom - a fantastic perk for our group! The location was perfect, just a 10-15 minute drive from the Magic Kingdom. We easily explored the Disney parks and returned to the comfort of the house. Our only minor suggestion would be to add a coffee maker for morning brews. However, we discovered a Starbucks just a 2-minute drive away, which more than made up for it! Overall, we highly recommend Jefferson's house for its comfort, space, and convenient location. We can't wait to return!

Luxurious Home near Disney with Resort Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. Besides the traffic due to construction on I-4, it was an easy drive to Disney. The townhome was in great condition and was exactly as described. It was very clean for the most part, although we did have to wash the sheets on the spare pullout bed before using them. Some suggestions we would have would to be to have some information provided and readily available at the rental itself (Location of the pool/community center, local recommendations, etc..) That said, the property manager was very prompt and helpful when we asked about those things. Overall it was a great experience for us!

Even though it was a short stay because of work, well worth it & will definitely return for a longer stay. We felt so comfortable & safe. Beds & pillows so comfy. We were so relaxed 😎 didn’t want to leave. Kids had a blast especially with the game room! Yudy made this mini vaca so joyful because her home was out of this world. My family was so excited because u couldn’t be bored. So much to do indoors. So beautifully decorated. Love love 💕 this home & the host.

The Magical Mansion is an absolute blast for the kiddos. They got lost around every room, had great movie nights and had an overall awesome time. It might be a little shocking for someone out of town to realize how tight the neighborhood is (you are basically all looking right into each other's backyards and pools), but the interior of the house makes it so worth it. Word of warning to work out pool / spa heat and grilling / BBQ ahead of time or it won't be there for you when you arrive, but the hosts are super responsive and very helpful. We also spent a few days at the hideaway cove nearby, a private pool with slides, mini-golf, bar, etc. Lots of fun, but it was pretty busy during spring break! Overall a great place and would definitely recommend for large groups.

We were so impressed by this villa and host. It had a beautiful spacious and peaceful outside space with abdundant wildlife (very secure with pool screen). Linen towels and kitchen utensils were very high quality and well stocked. Ample room for a family to be together. Would 100% recommend to families/group and we would book again without hesitation. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This was very spacious for our family Thanksgiving for a group of 20. We were able to be where want to be and yet be together at the same time. We like the open kitchen layout allowed us to cook and hangout as we liked. A/C worked, pool was warm when we arrived as requested. Lots of towels and pool towels were accessible. We enjoyed the resort amenities as well. It’s was a good stay.

Craig’s Place was absolutely perfect for our Family of 5! Smooth Check in and check out, prompt and friendly responsive Host, the house was very clean, the neighborhood was safe and well maintained, the location was close to everything …….stores, restaurants, Disney parks etc.. The pool and spa were beyond our expectations and really made our vacation extra special and so memorable! Thank you! We hope to get the chance to stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay, the place is great, amazing location within the complex right next to the pool, and very easy to get to all Disney park, some great restaurants and shops nearby. Our hosts were exceptional, they were flexible with our check in/bag drop and check out which really helped us make the most of our stay. They also sent us loads of great tips and recommendations for the parks and restaurants, and came back to us right away when we had questions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with lots of nice touches. The pool and splash pad and clubhouse were great, our daughter loved it. We will be back again!

We were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center and it was a breeze with the neighborhood being located needed the expressway. Luis was extremely responsive and helpful and his place was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for my family. The kids really enjoyed the toy closet and swimming. Definitely would recommend if visiting the Orlando area.

We had a great stay! The interior of the home and the front patio is comfortable, well-kept and clean. The fenced backyard is not as nice to hang out in but our dog liked it. Parking and check in was easy and Cipriano communicated very well. The neighborhood is not too attractive, but it was quiet and we felt safe.

Perfect proximity to the community center, quick and easy access to shops and restaurants. Only 20 to 25 minutes to Disney and Universal. (Disney is far better.) Everyone in my group was impressed with the place and loved the private pool. The place is big enough that any noise in the living room / kitchen isn't heard in the bedrooms upstairs. The place looks a little more posh than the photo's give it credit for. My wife wanted to bookmark this place over any future stay at a Disney resort. Tips for your stay, not a negative though: Beds are firm. Wait like... 4 to 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in at the showers.

Shawn was a great host. He gave clear instructions. Check in was quick and easy. The unit was quiet and extremely clean. The bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities one need for a week. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The resort amenities were beautiful. Great on-site restaurants. I loved watching movies while lounging at the pool. The location was great. It's pretty close to everything (restaurants, parks, highways, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops). The price paid was a steal in my opinion. Highly recommended!
