In a green setting, my house is on the river bank. Let yourself be charmed by the songs of the birds and the calm of the place. The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

Exteriors: south side, small enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and north side, a courtyard with a table for meals and a garden to enjoy the warm days of summer. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
