Monthly Rentals in Bongiovanni II

Perfect for min 2 or max 3 couples. Big flat with big balcony , garden area , perfect view to ETNA. Very quiet area , 30 minutes from Catania and 30 minutes from Siracusa , 50 minutes form Noto etc. Clean appartment and the owners were next to us when we need them. You need car but the spot is perfect for all SouthEast Sicily. The area is clean (if you compare it with the city centers) , ....you must avoid all the dirty center areas of the Big Citys. Near the house (500m) the Brucoli village , next to the sea small restaurants if you want to calm. If you have 3-4 days just spend them near there. City of Noto is the must !! Avoid visiting Palermo. Ask the owners Nunzo & Carmen can help you. Food in Italy is a must , we eat well in Augusta , Noto....also the wines of the area were OK. I will return soon or later , and I will visit again the same house!!!

Beautifully maintained, both house and garden. Good beds! Always important when you are tired and need a quiet vacation. Coffee was ready and our hostess prepared a basket of fresh fruit for us. Very thoughtful!

Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back.
