Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Large, very bright living room overlooking the dining room, the sofa is convertible. Covered terrace and a small grassy garden of about 50 m² (the garden is not yet planted but accessible.)
