La Donne — A Countryside Stay in Gascony

La Donne is a beautifully restored farmhouse designed for calm, memorable stays in Gascony. Set in private gardens with vineyard views towards the Pyrénées, it offers the space and comfort to slow down, dine outside and enjoy French country living. Whilst remaining peaceful and secluded, it's close to historic villages, markets, swimming lakes, excellent restaurants and a just few minutes drive from a nearby water park. Quietly beautiful, it's relaxed, rural France without feeling remote.

Ground floor apartment in the heart of the village

The accommodation is located in the heart of the village, close to all shops. On the ground floor of a condominium with an apartment above. It consists of three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds. A fully equipped kitchen. Large, very bright living room overlooking the dining room, the sofa is convertible. Covered terrace and a small grassy garden of about 50 m² (the garden is not yet planted but accessible.) Car shelters.

The mill is off the beaten track but located 10 min from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 min from Castéra Verduzan and 20 min from Condom. Lots of small, unique villages to discover far from major cities.

This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

Exceptional 2024 renovation for this barn, former stagecoach from 1850. In a preserved environment, surrounded by fields in organic farming, small woods and pretty paths around which you will be surprised to come across deer and other small animals or birds.
