☼ WELCOME to the heart of the Nièvre, a green country of white water! The house, typical of the region and cozy atmosphere, has a large equipped kitchen. The vast garden, on the edge of the forest, offers a beautiful panorama of the Nivernais bocage. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) are included in the rate and, for your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival. Adults-only cottage with pool

We look forward to hosting you in our cottage located not far from our house. It has been recently renovated and will offer you a green setting, quiet, comfort and privacy. (naturism possible at the pool). It is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adult couples without children in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and of each. Ideally located between Loire and Morvan, it will be the starting point for many excursions. (All shops and services are 3 km away)

The Bazois Stage

Detached house located in the heart of the Nièvre in a small hamlet surrounded by its meadows and fields. In the Municipality: ponds for fishing, supervised swimming in summer, marked hiking trails. Loft atmosphere: a large main room with sitting area, dining room, double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Enclosed yard and garden (with garden furniture, barbecue) Secure storage for bicycles, fishing equipment, etc...

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the ground floor of a castle on the mountainside that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) for its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that's different from a hotel for work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: pools closed: September to April, not heated)

Studio among horses

Studio, equipped with a micro kitchenette, but without the possibility of cooking for yourself. As the site does not make a distinction on the criterion "Pets Accepted ", it is indicated "no", but ask me, the answer is on a case-by-case basis! For experienced riders, we also offer horseback rides to discover the surroundings. You can also bring your horse. Don't hesitate to contact us for any inquiries, we will be happy to host you!

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
