In a small quiet street you will enjoy both the calm and the proximity of the festivities of the hyper center, from the small streets to the many restaurants, shops, the market Place Republic on Saturday morning. The free parking is 3 mn walk and buses just down! The beaches are 15 mn and Spain 25 minutes. For your comfort, the air conditioning will regulate the temperature of the Loft, summer and winter! Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Very bright studio, fully equipped with a beautiful terrace, it will be the ideal place for your vacation. Central location for visiting the city center on foot (3 min from the Palais des Congrès) but also for your seaside getaways (10 min drive from Canet-en-Roussillon). For your shopping, a supermarket is 50 m away as well as many local shops and services (bank, bakery...) Very quiet neighborhood and free parking on the surrounding streets.
