Lovely country house located right at the lake. Large private jetty with possibility of a boat anchor (boat can be rented by agreement). The cabin is listed in 2012, with good standard. Spacious terrace with jacuzzie (jacuzzie can be rented by appointment), outdoor shower, fireplace pan, and other facilities. Large and unobstructed property with good sun conditions and parking for up to several cars. Property content: 1st floor: living room/kitchen, bathroom/sauna, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, hallway/hallway. 2nd floor: loft w/ sofa bed, WC, bedroom.

Idyllic Seafront Cottage

Newly built architect-designed cottage right at the lake's edge right next to the archipelago of Fitjar. Bright and nice cabin, big window to the great view and cool nice bedrooms. There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat. Finn det dere trenger i urtehagen eller plukk bær til frokostblandingen. Ta turen ned til sjøen der dere kan bade, ta badstue, fiske fra bryggen eller ta båten ut på fjorden. Det er mindre enn 10 minutter til butikksenter, kort vei til severdigheter, gangavstand til regionens høyeste fjell og vennlig nabolag med tre fastboende.

Lots of great hiking terrain. Perfect base for kayaking trips in an eldorado of small and large islands. In addition, there is a short drive to Midtfjellet where you find more than 30 km of gravel roads in the middle of the mountain. Perfect for walking and cycling.

There is a big port area to use for swimming and tanning as well as a little beach with pebbles. The fjord is great for fishing. The cottage has good space both inside and outside. The big terrace let's you find a spot in the sun from morning to evening.
