Only 6 km from Sveio Golf Park, one of the country's most beautiful golf courses. The place is also close to parts of the trail network of the North Sea Trail. From Mølstrevåg (2.5 km) the hiking trail to Ryvarden Kulturfyr starts. If you cycle the North Sea Road between Stavanger and Bergen, you will pass our house.

Nice for swimming, sunbathing and fishing. There is a lovely view of fjord, and a large private dock inside a small private lagoon with plenty of space for boats. (1.7 m deep)
